It has come to the point were I just have to avoid to go to a bunch of places. Tried to reinstall game and start a new "story". I have tried different refresh rates and video settings. I feel like it can happen anywhere any time. I have not found a specific area were i occurs. And when I restart the game I try to find a direction to go without getting a crash in that area. I constantly quick save so I don't have to loose long distances. I get none of these issues in friendly towns or loading zones such as subway/underground/buildings. I get huge amount of crashes while exploring around in the open world. I look forward to the updates!įABIAN RUIZ Posts: 3495 Joined: Mon 11:13 am I appreciate the time you took to make this thread because it's some type of solace, and I appreciate everyone else who participated. A nice user on the other game site I frequent linked me to here. I'll spend some time with Star Wars: Battlefront, The Crew: Wild Run, and maybe the Snoopy game. I also have a nutty backlog so it's not like I have nothing to play. I'm back to work for a few nights anyway. Getting upset isn't going to accomplish anything though. They really svck when they happen, and I'll be crushed if I have to start over again. I understand and have to accept that with games this massive and open ended in many ways, things like this bug are sometimes the trade-off or sacrifice. I'm just relatively calm considering things. I'm not a Bethesda *really devoted fan* or apologist. I felt really bad for players on PS3 who dealt with that. I was an Xbox 360 player last gen and knocked out about 500 hours in Skyrim without much issue, so I didn't experience the terrible PS3 Skyrim debacle. We had some pretty cool Elder Scrolls RP threads and stories on those particular boards. (Dark Souls II is number three on that list!) I hung out here a lot after Skyrim came out. >įour of my top five favorite games ever are Bethesda games.

My name here is after my sinister Argonian named Skeeme. But I don't want o have to start all over again.

They're my favorite games ever in over thirty years of gaming.

I'm a huge Elder Scrolls and Fallout fan. I know PC users will get it first before consoles.

Hopefully it gets fixed in the upcoming patch next week. I uninstalled/re-installed, rebuilt database from Safe Mode, restarted, etc., and still nothing. I tried from the opposite direction and nothing. About five feet from the cars in the road BOOM. If I walk due south from Bunker Hill and across the bridge towards the marker for Jack Cabot, just at the end of the bridge I pick up a Silver Shroud radio signal. I wanted the quest from Jack Cabot so I could go get the Charisma Bobblehead from the Insane Asylum.
